Prof. Azizi as the Member of Confronting Childhood Obesity Workshop
Prof. Fereydun Azizi, Director of SBMU Research Institute for EndocrineSciences,has been appointed by the WHO, Director General as the main member of a workshop on “Confronting Childhood Obesity”.
This workshop consists of 21 members on the whole, and Prof. Azizi has been selected from the Middle East Region and Southwest Asia. It is notable that the workshop has got a member from Africa, six from other Asian countries, and the rest are either European or American.
